SIO5 Diamond HD is for the customer who wants a sharper, more glass-like finish than a traditional wet-look coating. It lays down a hard, hydrophobic ceramic layer that boosts gloss, tightens reflections, and helps protect paint and rims from light scratching, contamination, UV exposure, and day-to-day grime. The result is a brighter, cleaner-looking finish that stays easier to maintain.

Coverage

Approx. 2–6 vehicles depending on vehicle size and product usage. Typical use is around 0.3–0.5 oz per vehicle.

What It Protects Against

Helps protect against water, road grime, UV exposure, light scratching, dirt buildup, insects, brake dust, bird droppings, and sticky environmental contamination such as tree sap.

Finish

Sharp, diamond-bright gloss with crisp reflections. Less “wet” than SIO3, and more glassy, bright, and precise in the way it reflects light.

How to Apply

  1. Wash, decontaminate, and fully dry the vehicle.
  2. Correct or polish the surface as needed. For best results, paint and wheels should be in new or like-new condition before coating.
  3. Prep the surface with Steril or another proper panel-prep cleaner to remove oils and residue.
  4. Apply SIO5 Diamond HD in small sections using the included applicator and suede towels.
  5. Level and wipe the section clean before moving on.
  6. Continue panel by panel, then allow the coating to cure as directed in the written instructions and application video.

Important Prep Notes

Wash and fully decontaminate the vehicle before application.
For best results, paint and wheels should be in new or like-new condition.
Correct or polish the surface as needed before coating.
Remove polishing oils and residue with Steril or a proper panel prep before application.
Apply only to a cool, clean, completely dry surface.
Once fully cured, the coating must be removed by machine polishing if correction is needed.
