Ultra-hard matte UVA topcoat for long-term protection on hard, non-porous surfaces.

SI24 is a 1-component matte UVA topcoat that creates a hard, hydrophobic protective layer with strong resistance to chemicals, UV exposure, dirt, and wear. It is designed to protect and refresh surfaces while preserving a clean matte finish, making it a strong fit for everything from marble and varnished wood to glass, metal, composites, and coated surfaces.

Coverage

Approx. 40 m² at one 6-micron coat. Additional coats can be applied wet-on-wet to build thickness and increase durability, with coverage decreasing as more layers are added. Recommended usage is about 12.5 ml/m² per layer.

How to Apply

  1. Clean the surface thoroughly.
  2. Sterilize the surface.
  3. Apply one even layer by wipe application, or spray additional
  4. coats wet-on-wet with an HVLP gun.
  5. Let it cure fully.

Important Prep Notes

Apply only to a clean, fully dry surface. Keep relative humidity below 70% during application. Full cure takes about 5 days. Once fully cured, the coating can only be removed by sanding.
